Here are some precautions you can take Avoid spicy foods Avoid tea coffee and cold drinks Sleep with a high pillow Have dinner early and sleep after 2 hours Avoid midnight snacks Take cap Nexum 40mg 1 tab before breakfast daily for 2 weeks Syp Mucaine 3 times a day.
(3). Can you describe where is itching on your body? And for how long? Any specific food you ate recently? Has any other family member has itching?.
