Dr Waqas Rasheed is a consultant Chest Physician, graduated from Dow Medical College and completed Fellowship from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan, he has been serving community at several known hospitals of the city.He is skilled in knowledge, practices and procedures connected with Pulmonology including Tube Thoracostomy, pleural biopsy, Bronchoscopy with endobronchial and transbronchial biopsies, performing Spirometry (Pulmonary Function Test) and ultrasound chest with guided pleural aspirations. (1). Salam. Thank you for your text. Looks like you are having an infection. Please use. Tab ciprofloxacin. 500mg 1+1 (20). And tell me your situation after treatment. Im not advising swabs and tests as I dont trust local labs in Pakistan.
(2). can u send a picture of your scars for better understanding. since how long your are using arynoin capsule 20mg/day. Is it working? kindly use skin aqua sunscreen spf 50 in morning and re apply after every 2 or 3 hours and drink lot of water because arynoin causing dryness of skin causing it to dull ,otherwise if you use any moisterizer that suits you and continure arynoin capsule 2omg/ day for atleast 4-6 months. use acdermin gel at night on scars or active acne only a small amount , mixed with moisteruizer..
(3). is anybody living with you has similar problem?? Itching worse at night or day? start using scabion cream after shower use from neck till toes cover whole body, genital region. between fingers . dont use water on that , if going washroom removes cream re apply it , leave it for 24 hours and than wash it. wash your clothes, bedsheets in warm water and sun dry them. repeat this procedure after 1 week . if you are living with someone make sure they also use it the same way . apply betaderm lotion on areas where there are any rashes twice a day and use softin 10 mg at night for 2 weeks..
(4). use icon 100mg two times a day for 2 weeks and use lemisil cream in morning and at night. keep the area dry and clean. bath daily. seperate wash your clothes. and use tsb softin 10mg at night for two weeks. after 2 weeks tell me about improvement and than i will decide to stop or continue medication. stop using hydrazole. initally after treatment i prescribed will increase your itch, but you have to continue medication for two weeks otherwise it will get worsen more..
